The Open Class

This class is for the dancer wishing to train hard and work on maintaining and refining their technique, strength and flexibility, as well as working on their performing skills in a variety of genres.

This class will always have a solid warmup to ensure that dancers are working to strengthen their technique.

This class will also welcome guest teachers from time to time.

​

Uniform - Form fitting black dance attire.  Dance Space t-shirt optional.

Shoes will be dependent on style of dance being taught - jazz shoes, runners, bare feet.

Hair tied neatly back from the face.

Adults Tap

All the fun and rhythm skills that make tap so irresistible. This class is for experienced tappers or beginners who are not afraid of a challenge.

​

Uniform - Form fitting black dance attire.  Dance Space t-shirt optional. Black tap shoes of any style.

Hair tied neatly back from the face.

The most fun you will ever have getting fit!  No experience necessary; lights off, music on and world off.  Come and try a class today!

Adults Super Sassy Heels

Get your groove on in this super sassy heels class.  Build strength and technique while learning a few cool routines along the way. 

Only a 5 week block so no need to commit for the entire term or year.

Beginners welcome.

Cardio Hip Hop

This class is a perfect way to get fit and have fun while learning choregraphy!  Class starts with Miss Sarah's signature Hip Hop warm-up and is then taught 'old skool' style where the music never stops.

Only a 5 week block so no need to commit for the entire term or year.

Beginners absolutely always welcome.
